The export button doesn't appear. What should I do?
Make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions. Try refreshing the page. Some pages with strict Content Security Policies may block the extension.
My Pro license isn't activating.
Open the extension popup → Settings → enter your license key and click Activate. If activation fails, ensure you're connected to the internet. Contact us if the issue persists.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal via the email you received at purchase, and cancel the subscription there. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Does Web2Markdown work on all websites?
It works on most public web pages. Pages behind login walls, PDFs, and browser-internal pages (chrome://) are not supported.
